today is Thanks giving.
so many stores close.
from now,
i'm going to go to my senior's house where he stayed as home-stay
we can celebrate thanks giving by eating turkey!!!

【しゃべくリアン17】2013年の「喜」

どうもこんにちは
久しぶりにしゃべくリアンの記事を書きます。
なかなか書けなくて申し訳なかったです。


今週のテーマは、
2013年の「喜」
つまり嬉しかった事ですね。


いろいろありすぎるんですが、
やっぱりこの一年の中で一番嬉しかった事は、
留学にくる前のサプライズパーティですね。
たくさんの人が自分のために時間を使ってくれ、
激励のメッセージをくれ、送り出してくれました。

これは本当に涙が出るくらい嬉しかった思い出です。
みんなから頂いたメッセージは宝物です。


そんな最高の出来事で2013年はスタートしました。
留学で得て、失い、学び、成長し、今笑顔でいれるのも
支えてくれる人がいるからですね。


そうやってみんなが僕にしてくれた有り難い行為を、
俺もだれかにしたいって思う。
自分の優しさとか幸せとかの原動力は、
周りの人からできてるんやな〜


留学中にも嬉しい事はいっぱいありました！！
当たり前じゃないことを学べた事とか、
自分のステレオタイプを壊す楽しさとか、
彼女ができたこととか。笑


でも2013年の喜としては、
こうして今留学がんばる原動力になっている、
みんなからの暖かい行為かな。
一個だけって難しい笑


来年はどんな喜が待ってるのか、
楽しみでしょ〜がない！！


みんなと喜をつくれたらいいな。

Global Village

Hi,
I'm Daito
and today is Nov. 26th


today i skipped my afternoon class to attend Global Village that
AIESEC handled to know about other countries' culture,
and use english a lot, and communicate with other people.


actually, it deserves to skip afternoon class
because in afternoon class,
i always do my tasks without listening lecture.
i know it's not good.
but i already knew about SWOT analysis,
and the lecture is boring.
i feel like i'm wasting my time,
so i decided to skip today.
"only today!"


sorry mom, and dad, and granma,
but i'm doing what i want.
thank you so much for letting me do that.
definitely i give back to you.


about Global Village,
i talked with many people,
and learned a little bit culture things.
i was attracted by Finland


good landscape,
good education system,
people look happy.

i'm getting interested in Europe countries.

almost done making a book

and today is Nov. 25th


i wasn't able to wake up the time that i decided
even though i went to bed earlier than usual yesterday.
i woke up close time to be late thanks to morning call.

during class,
i almost done making a book for toeic.
i'm waiting for my senior's feedback.

after i got home,
i did some tasks for the company i intern.

and then
i talked with my conversation partner.
on my way to meet with him,
i met with my friend who is really kind to me.

we promised to hang out again soon.
i texted him already to decide the date to hang out.

and today is Nov 24th


today i spent whole day doing my tasks like
writing article for a book, and crating advertising,
and preparing for school.


in break time,
i watched friends, and listened to music.
that's all what i did today, lol


oh, i forgot to mention that
i sold my stocks a lot.
i earned 300,000 yen by selling it.

when i decided to sell,
i concerned like the timing to sell is too early, or not.
but i'm fine because after i sold it,
the stock price is growing,
which means sooner or later,
the price is down.

the real reason that i sold is
i wanted to be excited by buying and selling.
keeping stock is boring, lol

i'm just student, so i can choose exciting way.
i appreciate to my grand mother because she lets me learn how to invest money.

i'm gonna go to farewell party for my friend.
he is going to go back to japan since this Dec.
it's gonna be sad.

because i think i might come back my home really late.

Google map, omg

Hi,
I'm Daito
and today is Nov. 22th

today i did some tasks of internship,
and i tried to go the place to attend kinda meeting.

but i don't know that place well,
so i looked it up how to got there before leaving.

i got on the bus that google map shoes,
but the bus never goes to where google map says,
so i asked the bus driver.
she said like maybe you took a wrong bus.

during my riding,
the bus notice board? says similar place that google shows,
so i did'n give up, and tried to get off that place.

i'd been waiting for the bus for more than 30 miu under the freezing wether.
and i got off at that place.
but my idea was wrong, which means google showed me wrong bus.
i completely trusted google.

from now on,
i shouldn't really trust that.

finally,
i wasn't able to attend that kinda meeting,
but i got valuable lesson instead of that, lol

my teacher said like...

Hi,
I'm Daito
and today is Nov 21th


today is my friend's birthday!
and anniversary!
today is special.

in my morning class,
i had to give a presentation.
actually,
i wan't able to find the value of that presentation.
my teacher tired to make us practice effective presentation,
but each slides has only 20 sec, and we have to have 20 slides.
and we have to set automatically change system,
which means i can't pay attention to audience.
i mean if audience looks like not understand what i said, or not excited,
i have to change my behavior by audience feeling.
but in this case, i can't do it.
that's why i couldn't find the value of practice,
and complained to my teacher.


i have to do well so that i complained.
so i prepared a lot.
and today, my teacher said me you're the best presenter ever.
i'm glad.

after that, which means in the afternoon class,
we had to give presentation again, omg
but this presentation was about accounting.
i can't do that even though i can't understand account things in japanese, lol

after school, we went shopping.    
i bought 温野菜 cooker!!
that's really cool.
i can eat vegetable even though i can't cook ,lol

drives me crazy

and today is Nov 20th


today,
i didn't do anything special to write here.
but if i had to write something,
i'd write about something that drives me crazy.


as i wrote before, people in the company that i intern are gone to japan,
so i can't go to office. that's why i have to communicate with workers by email.
but their response was too slow.
but this is really good experience.
i work for japanese company since i was freshman,
and that company's member are really great.
they reply quickly, logically, responsively.
i got used to it.

that's why i said this is good experience.

i have two presentations to give,
so i have to prepare.

I dreamed in english

and today is Nov. 19th


today i overslept, omg
but now that i excuse,
i dreamed in english
because i watched harry potter,
and talked a lot with my conversation partner.


after school,
i helped to move in.
after that we had kinda dinner with wine.
that was great.


i have to make powerpoint a lot
because my characteristic is like
powerpoint maker, lol

that'd be great,
but you know, lol

JP respect US?

Hi,
I'm Daito
and today is Nov. 18th


today,
i woke up earlier than usual to buy football ticket!
i'd been wanted to watch football game in America
because here is initiated place of football.
(i'm not sure but i'm sure here is football's 本場)


this week i have to listen to the lecture about accounting.
i'm not really interested in this.
but the teacher assigned us to do really hard homework.
but i wanted to do other things like marketing(SEO) or improving english,
or design thing.


so i did my hw very easily by using photoshop.
now that i think, i'm relieved that i got photoshop skill.


oh, i forgot to mention.
today i talked with my conversation partner.
we talked about also education, lol
and also "why japanese learn english even though there is few opportunity to use it in japan"
and we also curious about "why japanese tend to respect US"


and my guess about second is like
people can't get real situation of US
we can get information of US by only through media.
japanese can't use english well, that's why we can't get real situation.
that's why i came here to break my stereo type for US.
but this is just my opinion.


if you know about real situation of US,
we would broaden your horizons.
(i only knew real situation about education of US even though i said that arrogantly)

and today is Nov 17th

today,
i watched Harry Potter
to make sure how i improved my english skills.

when i came to seattle,
i bought all story of Harry Potter.
Now, seven months have past since i watched it before,
so i can make sure how i can listen to what they say now.

i think i improved my english skills compared with when i came here,
but i still have some points that i can't listen,
so i have a still long way to go.

long time no see

and today (actually yesterday) is Nov16th


today,
i worked to make the book.
and after that,
i played table tennis with my senior.

when we were playing,
other American group asked us like
let's play doubles.

so we played table tennis with regular students of UW.

after that,
i went to kinda party(just drink alcohol at my friends house)
there were my previous classmates.
it's been 3 month since we met before.
it was really good time.

they are so strong,
so i'm kinda drunk.
that's why i'm writing it right now, lol

Hi,
I'm Daito
and today is Nov 15th


today,
i overslept not on purpose,
so i was able to work a lot.
i wrote two articles in a day.

and after that,
i went to office to ask my tasks
because they are going to Japan because of interview,
so i can't go to the office,
so i wanted to make sure what i should do while they are gone.


after i got home,
i played kind of board game with my housemates.
it's like 五目並べ, but it combine card game.
and we have to think about where my partner is gonna put.
i have to use my brain a lot.
i enjoyed playing that. Thanks guys!


after i got to my room,
i checked facebook.
and i noticed my best friend gave me message.
it's about my interest. it's about happiness.
we discuss about like what's the important things for happiness.
when i was writing my opinion to him,
i was able to organize what i think actually.

my idea is like
In my opinion, the most important thing is how to keep your feeling positively, and happily. 
How? the way to think positively is depends on the environment, and dream. 
that's why i think environment, and dream(ambitious) are important. 
that's why i don't care about my wages right now. 
But wage is important because it's necessary for people's dream to accomplish it.

I mean the most important thing is "way to think". like negatively, positively, happily, unhappily, or something like that. but this is just my opinion, other people had different way of thinking, 

so i have to think about the common way of thinking by studying psychology, and awareness of science(認知科学). that's why i'm really interested in that.

He lets me think many kinds of things.

actually i really appreciate that i have the friend like him.

Today,
we were planing what we are going to do
at NewYork in this winter break.
it must be fun!


and i figured out great way to enjoy drinking in public.


recently,
i don't push myself into challenging situation,
so i have to do something.
i'm just doing my job to improve myself,
and doing tasks of internship,
and watching y favorite tv show.

i should create other difficulties like design class
after i finished publishing the book i'm making.
what i can do right now is looking for some events,
and maximizing the american life.

i have to get out from this comfortable situation.
i wanna try something difficult.

it's middle of Nov,
time flies!!!


today,
i was making book for archiving your ideal toeic score.
i finished chapter one today.
i'm waiting my senior's feedback now.


it's my first time to make a book by Indesign.
so i need feedback to make good product.


recently,
i'm entrusted design tasks from my friends.
i'm really glad because it means their image to me is like
"he is a designer" (sorry it's just my feeling)


but i still have loong way to go
because my senior doesn't give me compliment, lol
but it's good for me.
he knows my type like i can improve better by complain than compliment.


but because of that projects,
i can't watch "friends" these days.
i should maximize this studying abroad's effects.

i can't still connect with wifi in my house,
so i'm cafe right now.


today,

intern

Hi,
I'm Daito
and today is Nov. 8th


i interned today,
end of Nov,
our assistance designer is going to go back to japan,
so i have to work hard like him.
and also our chief designer will have many things to do in other country,
so i'm kinda only one designer in that company.
i have huge responsibility,
but it's awesome for me.

i believe human can grow up only in predicament situation,
so i can grow up more!

from today,
i start doing my tasks for Japanese company,
so it's going to be fun for me.


i used to use Word but this time,
I'm trying to use InDesing to make studying tool for TOEIC.
it's my challenge.


after school,
i listened to what the person who works for Amazon said to us.
it was kind of seminar.
it was really useful for me,
so I'm going to contact him to ask
if i can explore Amazon office.

I had dinner with my friend

today,
went to listen to the story of person who works for Mitsui.
i though the kinda company is not good for me
because the company makes employee transfer to other office a lot,
which means if we have family we can't stay settle place,
which means my child would have trouble.


but i would like to talk about it with my parents.
when i told my mother,
she said like she thinks the company is for you.

and today is Nov. 3rd


today is my roomy's birthday!
Happy birthday!


from today,
day light saving time time finished
,which means we have an extra hour! lol


this time yesterday was 11:40,
but this time today is 10:40.


we can sleep longer!
i'm so glad.
i was looking forward to it!!


today,
we hang out in cafe to do some tasks.
and then,
we were walking around,
and then,
we ate pho, which is Vietnam food.

i like that!


in the cafe,
i could write tow articles as i said yesterday.
i'm glad i did.


i feel like the day light time is longer because of finishing day light saving time.

today i stayed my room almost whole day to write an article for my website and watch "friends" and maintenance my computer.
that's it!


but it took loooong time to do,
so when i noticed, the time was 10pm.

because i'm gonna be have many things to do from around 5th.
that's why i want to write them by then.


but that doesn't mean i'm busy,

it's good internship for me? or NOT?

and today is Nov. 1st


today i interned.
today's tasks were not good for me
it were just researching and  listing it up.
i felt like i was wasting my time


actualy
i wanted to contribute for the company,
but the environment is terrible
because workers' motivation is really low
and some workers said other worker's complain a lot.
it's like school.
not professional.
but people think it's good,
but for internship, it's not good.
i have to be more proactive to get tasks i wanna do.


i'm going to still intern there
because i can practice to design
and then, i can learn a lot from creative designer.
he is north american,
so he focus on ability,
that's good for me.

but other designer will leave there
by end of Nov.

which means my opportunity to learn design decreases.
i have to find new value of doing internship there.


i have to think more.

and today is Oct 31st.


today is halloween!!!
after class,
i went to a shop with my friends to buy a costume for halloween.


and then,
i went to halloween party!
it was really fun!!
i wore ウォーリー today, lol

but today is awesome.
when i saw her off,
we talked seriously.


actually it was good time for us,
