and today is Oct 24th
after school,
i talked with my negotiating team member
about how we get negotiation to go well.
i'm lucky because i'm in great negotiation group.
i can learn a lot from my one of team member.
he prepares a lot for negotiation,
and the process is fabulous.
and also his personality is really great.
i learned personality is the most important thing in business.
japan is high context culture, that's why i think so?
i don't know, but personality is important for me.
our opponent of negotiation has really great spec for business,
but the person's personality is a little bit aggressive.
i think it's great. the person is really relyable.
but in business situation,
people in high context tend to care about personality.
i appreciate i was able to meet with each characteristic.
