and today is Jan 30th

January is almost finished...
time flies.

today i felt like the internship was fun,
maybe the reason is that i decided to quite.

after that,
they assigned me design tasks, omg
so tomorrow's my task is making advertisement, maybe...

tomorrow is big day for me
because i have interview tomorrow.
before heading to current company,
i'm gonna go to have an interview by my another company.
hopefully i can get the job there.

it's been a long time since i had an interview before,
so i'm kinda nervous, but i'm also excited.
next company is totally english environment,
so i hope i would improve my english more.

so i'll go to bed early tonight to prepare for the interview.

decided to quit

and today is Jan 28th


i did internship.
today something happened.
i decided to stop working at this company and
transfer to another company.

there are many reasons.
the bottom line is that my design skills are too poor to get design tasks from them.
but they told me like they can entrust design tasks to me later.
however, my supervisor told me something.
it seems like they don't wanna give me design tasks,
and don't wanna train me through job
because it takes long time.
today i was able to know what they think.
i'm glad to know that sooner.

the reason why i was able to decided to quite is
my senior who runs company together said me like
he can learn design by himself by making tons of stuff.
he didn't do internship, he did that by himself.
he said like the important things are making a lot,
and getting feedback.

that's why i tried to utilize my design tasks at the company,
but he was like he could give me feedback,
so i don't have to design at the company.

because of that, i decided to quite,
and start to intern at the company that has english environment.

today is gonna be big change for me.
but i think it's necessary for me to step ahead.

and today is Jan 27th

in the morning, my supervisor called me,
and said like today i didn't have to come to the office
because nobody is there.
i was like "what?lol"

so i had free time today!
what i did today were writing articles,
and studying toeic.
i reached 900 point today.
i did well. lol


after i got home,
my gf called me,
and it made me wanna see her.

after that i was thinking design of Sake
because my friend had design task, and she asked me to help.
it was fun.
i wanna do internship at where she works.

and today i'll write about Jan 25th, and 26th's things.


25th cultivated part of Seattle
i explored around Fremont with my girl friend.
we talked a lot, and we were alway kinda excited. lol
we visited many places, and found good place!
we got a little bit knowledge about seattle's place, lol

after that,
my best korean friend cooked for us
especially for the person who leaves soon.
we had great time, and funny time!!
we took a lot of pictures,
so it'll be post on facebook.
and the food the korean friend cooked was awesome.

26th
i stayed my girl friend's house and talked a lot,
like future things, fear, something like that.
this is the greatest thing we have.
we can talk honestly, generously.
and we know talking honestly (to convey what i feel honestly) is one of the most important things
to see each other.
i'm glad to meet the person who can convey her feeling honestly, and accept my feeling generously. i hope it makes our dream come true.

after i got home,
i was reading comic books, and writing an article for my website.
and i was done making a my first priority stuff.


while ago, my supervisor called me.
she said like i didn't have to come to the office on time
around 3pm because nobody is gonna be there.

i can do what i want tomorrow!

and today is Jan 24th


today's one of my tasks is calling in english to make an appointment
to have interview of hot pot.


this is really good experience for me to call in english.
it's totally not same with making reservation, lol
but i realized i could listen what they say even through phone.
that's really enough for me.
i can go back to japan right now, lol


after i got home,
i prepared for next plan that i hang out with my friend,and girl friend
some how, i really need to see her right now.
i don't know why. but i'm worried about what after i go back to japan though...

attraction of Kyoto

and today is Jan 23rd.


today we were talking about next appointment in Kyoto.
We'll have interviews about great place to visit,
fabulous food to eat, impressive professional people,
or something like that.


now that i look back, Kyoto is really great place.
so i decided to convey the attraction of Kyoto
through website, or magazine by interviewing,
visiting, taking photos, or something like that.
i'd like to utilize my skills that i got here.


after that i had dinner with my friends.
we talked about what we're gonna do after going back to japan.
when we talked, i was so excited about it.

double date

and today is Jan 18th


today i had somethings to do
like writing blog, and making something.


after that,
i had dinner with my girlfriend,
and her best friend in seattle,
and her boyfriend.
it's like double date. lol

maybe i'll post some pictures on facebook.


i decided to take a toeic test
before i go back to japan,
so i started studying for toeic recently.

the result of mock test is not bad for me,
but still not enough, so i have to study more
especially grammar, part 5, lol

i'm devoid of fundamental of english like grammer, vocab.
so i should focus on part 5...
if i can get part 5's score close to perfect,
I could reach 900 point though.

the bottom line is that
i have to study more!!!

today I'll write about 15th(yesterday) and 16th(today)

【15th】
that day, i had class.
it was a little bit meaningless because it's not related to internship,
but it's fun, kkk
teacher said like plz remember this dance with showing us some videos, lol
that's funny(i didn't dance though, lol)

after that,
i had dinner with my girlfriend and our friend.
we talked a lot!
n the end of that, the friend gave us a souvenir and a message card!!
we were so surprised! thank you! after that, just sleeping deeply.


【16th】
i had much time to do what i want after waking up,
so i did some jobs at star-backs like designing pictures.
i'll show you sometime.

after that i went to intern,
but the door was locked.
i was freaking out like
"why? i'm supposed to be here by 10am. but it's locked!"
after all, worker hadn't come.
it was too cold to stand it, so i sent email them to go home.
i had been waiting for hour under the cold temperature.

before i went to bed, i checked email,
and i realized they replied.
it's like they are in other countries. omg
so i don't have to come tomorrow too.
i would like them to let me know that in advance though...
but this is good experience...

everything's going well

and today is Jan 14th

today's my task were also easy
like part time job
because we published last issue of jan and feb,
so we have to make a magazine of mar and apl.

we have enough time to do
that's why i guess there are many easy tasks...

but it's good for me

so unexpectedly,

after i got home,
i talked with my friends in japan.
it was really great time even though we just talked about not big deal things.

Easy task

and today is Jan 13th

my last quarter started.
but today's my task was too easy
like listing of some companies in some industries from tons of business card.

in addition,
today two of worker were gone for appointment,
so i wasn't able to ask my next task.

i just sent them email,
but they didn't reply,
so i had free time today.
of course i did all what i could do. lol

after that i wrote the long article that i mentioned before at that time.
i almost finished it!!

and today is Jan 12th

today is my last holiday.
from tomorrow, finally, i work at the company that i mentioned before as internship.
and i decided to take toeic test as ending of this whole studying abroad life,
so i'd like to start studying toeic again, but i have to do many things before that.
like writing loooong article to make studying tool by next sunday,
and other things.


i have two weeks to study toeic,
but i think it's enough for me.
i'll do my best by time management.


today i slept until afternoon
(i enjoyed the last relax day)


after i got home,

and today is Jan 11th

today i bought something.
after that i ordered double cheese hamburger to go,
but they served me just the hamburger.
the menu says double cheese hamburger w/ fried potato though!!!

it's okey cuz it's enough to be full, lol

after that i maintained my website.
during doing that, i noticed i earned money from unexpected way,
so i tried to maximize that way today.

from now,
my girlfriend celebrate my coming of age.

Back-up my PC

what i ordered on amazon arrived at my house.
what i ordered is HD,
so i can backup my pc.


sometimes i feel like my pc doesn't really work.
that's why i bought the one to backup just in case.


but backup takes more than half day,
so i have to wait loong time, omg

it's not like i can't use pc during backup,
so i'm fine, lol

during backup,
i wrote today's article.
so my today's tasks were all done!!

【しゃべくリアン】My new year's resolution

I'm Daito
usually i used to write the article of lien in japanese,
but only this time, i'll write it in english.
today's topic is about [my new year's resolution]


my new year's resolution is

• to be kind to the people around me
• to get a writing code skill (programing)

i should avoid what i did not really well last year.
i mean what i did not really well were thinking deeply, and logically.
and making plan precisely to enhance my design skill.


from these introspection,
i'll make a plan precisely like setting visualize purpose of achievement and the due this year,
and take time to think deeply before i go to bed.
this is what i'm gonna do to get the skill.

actually i don't want to tell you what i'm gonna do to make the resolutions come true
so that i mentioned only about making plan thing.

in order to keep these resolution in my mind,
i customized one of my desktops.

today i woke up around 12pm,
and i had donuts that i bought with $2.5 (include 12 donuts)
that is unbelievable price right? lol

and i took a nap.
and then had a dinner with my seniors.
we talked about many things.

after that i had bubble tea.(タピオカジュース)
the taste is banana milk juice.
that was good.
as of today i decided to order that. lol

many of my friends start internship from tomorrow,
but my starting day is from next monday,
so i have another week to be relaxed.

ニューヨークのカウントダウンを最大限楽しむ方法〜準備から場所の取り方まで〜

下調べこそ、最大限楽しむコツ

どうもこんにちは。田中大登です。

僕はつい2,3日前に、ニューヨークでボールドロップ（カウントダウン）を楽しんできました。そのときに「先に知っておければ良かった」と思うことが多かったので、あなたが僕と同じ失敗をしないよう、情報を共有したいと思います。

2014年になった瞬間のTimes Square

これが今日の目次です。

・おすすめの場所はどこ？
・場所の取り方〜最高の場所で楽しみたいあなたへ〜
・持って行くべきもの〜準備しないと死ぬ？〜
・ちょっとした注意事項

それでは上から順にお話していきます！

おすすめの場所はどこ？

おすすめの場所は、人それぞれです。

ですが一番盛り上がっている所は、43th~46th(47th)ぐらいですね。

ですがそこで楽しむためには、極寒の中長時間待つ必要があります。

他サイトによると59thまではボールが肉眼で見えるそうですが、やはり前に行けば行くほど、盛り上がりがありますね。

場所の取り方〜最高の場所で楽しみたいあなたへ〜

先ほども言ったように、前で見るためにはなるべく早くから待つ必要があります。
昼の12時頃にはすでに多くの人が待っていました。
時間は気にしないから最高の席がいい。はやく場所を確保してしまいたい。
そんなあたなに1番のおすすめの待ち方は、Broadwayに先に入ってしまう待ち方です。


Broadwayから見る方法
Broadwayは早くから交通規制がされているので、場所を確保しやすいです。
そのため12時の段階ですでに多くの人が待っていたのですが、警察に色々場所を動かさせられる心配がないでしょう。

僕は7thでみたので、Broadwayの入り方は詳しく知りませんが、上（50th）から下って歩いているとエントランスがあると思います。
44,43thで見たい方は下の方からの侵入になるんですかね。
（正確には把握しきれていませんが、人が多く集まっていて45thあたりには入れるところが無かったので、こう書きました。）

僕は7thから見ようとしていたのですが、7thの道路閉鎖は3pmから。
だから3pmまでに交通規制しようとする警察の指示で多く場所を動くはめになりました。
そのため12pmで良い場所をとれなければ、移動して7thに勝負をかけるのもありですね。

7thから見る方法
7thへの侵入するための一番いい待機場所は、7thの歩道側の道。
さらに欲をいうと46thと7thの交差点（46thの上）がいいでしょう。
僕がいったときは、上の地図でいうと縦の細い道(46th,47th)がエントランスになりました。
つまり「7thにいてもエンターできない」ということです。

7thで見る際の待つべき場所（オレンジ）

44thから下、かつ7thという場所はどういう状況だったのかは把握しきれませんでした。
ただ1pmからBroadway（左下）と7th（右）がバリケードでドッキングされていました。
Broadwayは封鎖されているんで、動く必要がないので安心ですが、44thより下、且つ7thで見ようとしていた人は、オレンジの?のところで待っていたように思います。（ただの推測なので、完全には信用しないでください。）


あんまり待ちたくないあなたへ
後ろの方だから楽しめないと言う訳ではありません。
後ろの方だと肉眼でボールは見えなくなりますが、Broadwayの54th,52th,50thなどには特設スクリーンもあるようです。
ただ時間が遅くなると、交通規制のため思ったように行動できなくなります。
6thや8thからBroadwayと7thに侵入するため、歩く際はそちらの道を歩く事をお勧めします。

持って行くべきもの〜準備しないと死ぬ？〜

NYはとっっっても寒いです。
僕も結構準備して行ったつもりですが、寒かったです。

必要なモノ（準備）
・しっかりとした服装
・貼るカイロ3枚ほど（待ち始めてから貼るべき）
・足先をあたためるもの（足もとカイロ ）（気休め）
・ご飯（絶対お腹へります）
・おむつ（念のため）
・水分を控えること
・敷物（地べたに座りたくない人は）
・時間つぶしのアイテム


当日の僕の服装

マフラー＋フードの組み合わせが強い

・アンダーアーマー
・ヒートテック２枚
・分厚めのロングTシャツ
・トレーナー（重要：フード付き）
・ジャッケット
・コート
・レギンス
・分厚めの長ズボン
・厚めの靴下
・長い靴下
・マフラー
・手袋
・ブーツ

これだけ重装備にも関わらず、当日は凍えるように寒かったです。
特に足先！！！足先への対策をもっとすればよかった。
足先のカイロが効かなかった。
そして太ももとかに、貼るカイロとか貼れていれば、もっとましだったかも。

ちょっとした注意事項

当日は荷物のチェックがあります。
その際に気をつけておきたい事は、大きな荷物は認められていないということです。
出来るだけ荷物を必要最低限のもに絞り、かばんが大きくならないようにしましょう。
当日、バックパックの大きなリュックを背負っている人は、新年一時間前になったにも関わらず追い出されていました。
結局セントラルパークから見るはめになったそうです。
ですので荷物は小さくまとめましょう。


そしてもう１つ注意事項があります。
それは臨機応変に対応すること。
僕が書いたのはあくまで2014年現在の状況です。
ポリス曰く、エントランスや待機場所は、そのときの状況で変わるらしいです。
ですのでこれをすべて鵜呑みにせず、参考として頭にいれてもらえたらと思います。
臨機応変に対応することが必要不可欠になってきます。


臨機応変が難しいというあなたには、早くから封鎖されているBroadwayで、確実に場所を確保することをお勧めします！

today i was really relaxed by watching some documentary tv show,
and summing up last year, and building my resolution.


i have some resolutions.
if i had to tell you my one of resolution,
i'd say "my resolution is doing my best"
,which means doing my best is not 100%,
what i mean is doing 120% from this year.

in specifically,
i think deeply and thing a lot.
and i'm conscious on not to compromise
when i do business, or create some products.

i'm gonna be strict to me more in this year,
and from now on.
i mustn't spoil myself.

stayed at airport, lol

and today is Jan. 1st
(actually 2nd)


after waking up,
we exploring new york to buy some souvenirs.
after that, we had a good lunch at japanese restaurant.


after that, we picked up our luggage and left for airport.
but we had a wrong idea like our fright time was 6pm,
but we thought it was 6:30, lol
we almost missed fright.
we were just on time to board so that our stuff hadn't arrived at seattle.
we had to choose like waiting for stuff until 3am or utilizing delivery service.

after we decided to use delivery service,
we went to station to go home.

how ever, we missed last train because we walked slowly,lol
so we changed our plan to stay at airport, lol

it was really funny day, and great end day of the trip, lol
