ブランディングって自分を魅せるonlyの方法ですか？

どうもこんにちは！
田中大登です。


最近、TwitterやFacebookでよく
「自己ブランディング」ってのを目にします。


自己ブランディングとは、
みてもらいたい自分のイメージを
相手にもってもらうために
行動や発信をしていくことです。




Twitterなどでさりげなく、
「今日は某有名人とご一緒して・・・」
とか書いている人とかがそうですね。


その人は、
「こんなすごい人とごはんしてる自分がすごい」
とさりげなく私たちに伝えることで、
何かのビジネスに巻き込もうとしているわけです。


高価なものをつけて、
身だしなみを整えるのも、
そういう理由ですね。




仕事を一生懸命こなして、
信用を勝ち取るのも、
ブランディングの一種です。


ビジネスだけでなく社会にでる際にも、
ブランディングということは避けては通れません。
絶対に必要なことです。


あの人は仕事ができる人だね。
という印象がつけば、
仕事がまわってきますからね。


でもなにか最近、SNSなどの影響で、
口先だけのブランディングが目立つ気がします。


みんなが「すごい」を意識してるから、
そんなのが嫌いな僕が
過剰に反応してしまうだけかとは思いますが。
なんか近寄りがたいんですよね。人間的にも。
等身大の魅せ方じゃないといいますか・・・。


僕は１年生の最初のときに、
冷たい人間だと思われていたのも、
それが原因だったと今は思います。


ほんとうに寂しいし、
本当に大事な人の有り難みにも、
真に理解できずにいました。
「ありがとう」が表面的なんですよね。


じゃあTwitterとかで、
おれは「すごい」的な発言をせず
自らを「魅せる」方法を自分で考えた結果、
designかな。って。


僕はクリエイティブでおしゃれなデザインのものを発見すると、
おもわず手に取ってみてしまう癖があります。


デザインが、僕の興味をそそるんです。
「ほれ〜おしゃれだろ〜みてみろよ〜」
と、僕の見てみたい欲を刺激してきます。


もし将来、
自分がほんとに何かを伝えたいときに、
その何かの魅力を最大限生かし、
みんなに見てもらうようにするためには、
僕自身のブランディングでなく、
僕自身のdesignのスキルだと今は感じます。


あのすごい人がおすすめしてるから、
見てみたい。
じゃなく
あの「モノ」がすんごく魅力があるから、
見てみたい。


こんな感じです。笑


これが、
僕がdesignを勉強する理由のひとつです。
他の理由は、単に自分でものをつくりたいからと、
単におしゃれなものをみるのが好きだからですね。



ブランディングされて、ものすごいオーラのある、
カリスマ的存在には僕はほど遠いです。
そんな人間になるために、
Twitterのフォローワーさんの数を増やして、
「できる」発言をするんではなく、
僕はスキルを磨きます。
人間性を磨きます。
人の考えを吸収します。
経験をします。
苦労をします。
それを楽しみとします。


見つけてもらったら、
手に取ってもらえる人間になる。
ってことかな。

これって
自分自身をdesignしてるってことにもなるよね。



カリスマリーダーにメンバーがついていく組織でなくて、
カリスマメンバーの活動を最大限生かす、
縁の下の力持ちが僕である組織をつくりたいですね。



そのためにもがんばるぞ♪

i'm accomplishing one of my purpose!

today i met with my conversation partner.
we'd been talking for 4 hours.
that's nice.


today i found out he is the most amazing student i ever met.
because he always thinks logocaly and deeply.
and he counts back ward to his life.
he is 17? thought.
don't get me wrong he is not count back ward to his life to be a teacher.
being a teacher is his aim to make a good world.


yes,
he is always thinking how we make good world system.
i thought i was good at thinking deeply.
but it's totally different from me.
scale, logic, method.
it's all amazing...


i don't mean make you respect him.
i mean this is one of my purpose,
absorbing other person's thought.
let me listen to his thought
because i can use english.


if i can't use english,
he wouldn't talk me about his thoughts.
(but i still have a long way to go)
(so i asked him for sending e-mail about his perspective to me)


today is nice!
i'm accomplishing one of my purpose!
appreciate to meet him.

i spoiled my self

and today is June 28th


today i went to Bellevue to meet new friend.
and i ate Yuzu Ramen there.
it's been a long time since i ate ramen.
it was nice!

after i got back home,
i cooked Yasai itame, watched DVD and movie
to try to be relax.
i thought i had to rest.


but i found out i don't like it.
just relax, just watch my favorite DVD.
i can't came down without doing anything.
example running website,
making new design,
thinking new system,
thinking new layout, something like that.


i'm geting tired of learning just english.
because it's not my purpose.
my purpose is absorbing many kinds of thoughts,
getting skill of making some stuff like layout, advertising, website, or something like that.
using english is my third aim.
of course if i can't use english,
i can't absorb other person's thought.


i'm not pursuing using english perfectly.
even so, i still long way to go, i know.
but you know...


i mean
i do like learning through my job, hanging out, my life.
so just watching DVD, keep sleeping is a little bit feel myself wasting my time...


this quater is my kinda predicament.
i should jump into more terrible situation more strict situation.
i'm getting used to the design class.
it's about time to step next level.


but maybe just today, lol
from tomorrow,
i'll try more harder.
and won't spoil myself.


today is not good for me.
but tomorrow is good for me.

【しゃべくリアン５】ブランディングなんてくそくらえ

今週のテーマは、
【インタビューアーとして気をつけていること】
です。ですので、今日はそれについてと、
賛否両論あるであろう僕の考えについて書いていきます。

その人のブランディングのために、
絶対に記事をかかない。

僕のインタビュー記事を書くときのモットーは、
「その人の信念、核、生き方を惹き出し、伝えること」
です。


直接お話させていただくときも、
こういう部分を知ろうとして、
話を聞かせていただいてます。
「この人はどんな人なんだろう」って。



「俺はこんなことをした。
だから、そのことについてもっと書いて。」
といわれても、僕は絶対にかきません。


そのことをした
【理由・動機・きっかけ・考え】など、
根本にあるものを惹き出して伝えたいんです。


きつく言うと、
1000人規模のイベントをした。
僕からすればだから何？って話です。
なんにもすごいとも思いません。

ここで良くかえってくるのが、
「楽しいから」という理由。


話はそれますが、あえて言います。
僕は「楽しいから。」
と理由が好きではありません。


なにかの動機で、
楽しいが含まれることはあっても、
一番にくることはないと思っています。



Qなんでそんなイベントをしたんですか？
A.楽しいから
Q.なんで楽しいと感じるのですか？
A.多くの人が喜んでくれるから。
（じゃあそれが理由じゃん。ってなります笑）
                          or
A.人を動かすのが好きだから
（人の上に立ちたいだけじゃん。ってなります笑）



確かに僕も、
人やものの流れる仕組みを考えるのはすきですが、
しっかりとした理由があると思っています。


また話がそれますが、
僕の考えるしっかりとした理由というのは、
自他精神にあると思っています。
（賛否両論あると思いますが、これが僕の意見です）


今は自由になんでもできます。
個人が尊重される時代です。
最高です。ですが、
だんだんresponsibilityが無くなってるような気がします。


アメリカに来て思うのは、
みんなが自由だけど「責任」をもっている。
ということ。


きれいごとを求めすぎと言われれば、そうです。
これはお父さんにも言われました。



ですが、これだけは、
僕の根幹といっても過言ではないと思っています。



話がそれました。すみません。戻します。
僕が「すごくない」と思っているのに、
その人のすごさを伝えることはできません。


僕が「すごい」と感じるのは、
自分の軸、信念をしっかり持って、
（僕にとって、これが一番重要）
考えて、アクションを起こしている人です。


その人のぶれない考え方、
ものの見方、信念。
僕はそれを伝えたい。


惹き出します、
あなたの魅力。
繋がリアン


見透かします、
あなたの本音。

でもその人のことを書くからには、
必ず何か与えます。
読者の方に、
「この人と会ってみたい」
「この人と繋がってみたい」
そう思わせてみせます。


すごいことをしたから、
そう読者の方が感じるのでなく、
その人の人間性が故にすばらしいものが生まれたから、
読者の方が会いたいと感じる。


そういった記事にしていきたいなと、
僕は考えています！

recently,

i eat one toast as breakfast.

Summer quarter!

Hi,
I'm Daito
and today is June 24th.


as of today,
our summer quater was began.
honestly class is ...soso.
because today is just introduce each other.


but marketing class is seems nice! i think.
i can't wait next class.


and after that,
i had a Creative Thinking class.
today i had to give a presentation about Roomba.
topic is "how do you promote it by advertising?"
,so we had to come up with three campaign of Roomba.
and draw advertising by hand.


the result was.....
not bad!
actually i was really really nerves.
i was shivering by nerves.


but they said this is good ideas!
your advertising is unique and memorizable.
good job Daito!


i was glad to hear that.
because i was suffering from this class.
after class was dismissed,
some people told to me...
i was glad again!


but still i have a lot of assignment.
but i can enjoy it.

【しゃべくリアン４】外国ではじめて感じた暖かさ

どうも
こんにちは
だいとです。


今週のテーマは、
「最近あった嬉しかったこと」
です。



僕は今週の月曜日から、
留学のプランには含まれていない、
デザインスキルをimproveするプログラムに
参加しています。


月曜日はcreative thinkingと言って、
どんな広告が効果的なのか、
どんな見せ方をしているから、
心が惹かれるのか。
などを話あっていくクラスです。


火曜日はphotoshopの使い方。
水曜日はLayoutの作り方。
木曜日はプログラミングと
有名企業の方の講演という、
贅沢なプランです。



まとめて僕がいつも「デザインのクラス」
と言っているやつです。
（え？初耳って？w）



そこはワシントン大学で受けていた、
english learning program(ELP)
とは全然英語のレベルが違いました。


今日ははじめてクラスをそこで受けたときの
出来事をお話します。
月曜日の話です。


最初クラスが始まる前、
アイスブレイクとして、
近くの席の人と話す時間がありました。


そのときにたまたま調子がよく、
流暢にたわいもない会話を楽しむことができました。
そしたら英語上手いね〜っていわれました。


でも授業がはじまると、
ELPの英語のスピードとは段違いで、
内容も深く、何か理解しようと必死でした。
まわりはみんなネイティブで、
英語をつかえないのは僕だけの状態でした。


それでも的はずれながらも話して、
やっと終わりの時間に近づいたとき、
インストラクターが宿題をだしました。


その宿題は、


・Twitterのアカウントをつくって、
ある業界の支店のオーナーになりきり、
あるプロダクトの宣伝をしろ


・ルンバをもっと魅力的にするために、
３枚の絵から成る１つの広告を、
３つ自分の手で、書いてこい。


というものでした。
ついていくのに必死なぼくが、
このハイレベルな宿題を
英語で理解できるはずもなく
困った顔をしていたとき、
ある女性がたすけてくれました。

むずかしいよね。
もしわからないことがあれば、
連絡してきてね。


ほんとに嬉しかったんです。
お礼ばかり言っていたら、
助けてくれた訳をはなしてくれました。


彼女は慶応大学の
international studentだったそうです。
そのときに、日本語が全然理解できないのに
課題が盛りだくさんだったそうです。


家で配られたプリントを訳すしかないと
暗い気持ちになっていた彼女を、
日本人が助けれくれたそうです。


そのときすごく嬉しかったし、
僕を助けてくれたみたいなんです。


なんて縁なんだろ。
って僕は感じました。


誰かが彼女をたすけ、
彼女が僕をたすけ、
それが嬉しくて、
僕ももっと人を助けたいとおもって。


そうして、世界が回ってるなら
どんな幸せなことなんかな。って。


逆に、誰かが誰かを困らせて、
あそこの国の人はきらいってなったら、
その後繋がる可能性のある縁が、
きえていくってことになる。


そうやって世界が回ってしまうと、
どんな悲しいことになるんかな。


この幸せな循環が、
偶然か必然か、
僕のところにまわってきたことが、
最近のぼくの１番うれしかったことです。


これだから、
僕は人がすきでたまらないんかなって。


厳しい環境にとびこんだこの最近やけど、
まだまだ僕、余裕をもてます。


僕と関わる全ての人が、
幸せになればいいなって、
そのためにも今がんばれます。

today is June 18th.

today is first PHOTOSHOP CLASS!

it was easier than yesterday's one, lol

because there was no discussion.

just lecture hands on.

we don't have to focus on what he said tooooo much that yesterday.

because i've already known basic action of photoshop.

but i was learn what i didn't know!!

how to change angle,

how to shorten our making time,

how to make clearly by using tech

like that!

maybe if i didn't take the class,

I would have never know...

so today was really fun!

and today is June 16th


in the morning,
i watched dvd,
and made it as war cry.
war cry means
スローガン in japanese.

when i posted it on twitter,

some people taught me mistakes.

and my girl friend gave me a suggestion.

Discovery day

today,
i looked at my new place to live from Sep to Mar.
i posted on Facebook though,
it's really exciting!
the place is hard for the person
who doesn't have enough english skills to live.


actually i can't say i have enough english skill
but i love like this situation.
if you can't speak english well,
you can't live here, like that, lol


but the place is really competitive.
so i'm not sure if i can live there,

とうとうリアン特集も
３週目に入りました。


今回のテーマは
【尊敬する人】
です。


尊敬って言葉に対して、
いろいろみんな意見があるらしいけど、
僕は単純に、

・「すごい」と感じて
・「負けてられない」と感じて
・「見習わないと」と吸収できて
・心から大好きな人

が尊敬できる人です。

だから、僕には

i waked up so that i checked my email.
then the e-mail which feed back of design fron senior has arrived.


the email says not good, so we have to fix bla bla bla.
when i saw this massage,
i was soooo excited,
because i realized i had still long long long way to go.


it makes me grow up more and more!
i'm excited. i love tough situation.


i've fixed what i could,
and i was waiting for return the email.

i watched "THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS"
i couldn't watch this movie since i was around 5
,because at that time i felt "it's soooo scary! especially the woman! "

【しゃべくリアン２】焼き肉屋さんで人生が変わった話

どうもこんにちは。
田中大登です。


以前は
「自己紹介は嫌いです。」
という自己紹介がテーマの記事を書いたのですが、
今回は【人生のターニングポイント】です。


これはいつだったか曖昧なんですが、
確か高校1年生の中頃だったと思います。


そのころまでは僕、
学校の先生になりたい
という夢がありました。

俺、先生になると思う。

お父さんとお母さんと、
焼き肉やさんに行ったとき、
僕は多分こんなことを言いました。


だいとは先生に向いてると思うと、
ずっと言われ続けてた（気がする）のに、
理由を話すと、論破されてしまいました。


僕の理由は、
「安定した収入、時間」


この２つは僕の夢を叶えるために必要なものでした。
「(うちみたいな)最高の家族をつくる」
（多分恥ずかしくてこの部分は言ってなかったなw）


こどもと接する時間をもつため、
何か学びたいと子供が思ったときに、
不自由無く学ばさせてあげるために。


ですが、僕の両親は、
・現実がみえてない
・視野がせまい
・社会を知らなさすぎる
など僕に言いました。


このときは既に僕の先生になる夢が、
終わっていたんだと思います。
（当時の僕からして）ぼろくそに言われて、
泣きかけていたのを覚えていますw


そのときの話でお父さんが、
「社会を知るためにも本を読め」
といって渡してくれた本があります。


本田健さんの、
ユダヤ人大富豪の話の本です。



その本で衝撃をうけ、
自分でお金を動かす選択肢があることを知りました。
（Amazonでみたら600円くらいやったw
僕の人生のきっかけの本は600円www）


その勢いのまま、

（ミーハーすぎるなw）

ロバート・キヨサキさんの本をよみ、
自分の本当にやりたいことを考えました。


やりたいこと、
やりたくないこと
これらをひたすら、
紙に書き出しました。


そして、やりたいことが多く
やりたくないことが少ない職業
「起業」という結論にたどり着きました。
（このときは、漠然としかイメージは無かったです）

自分で価値を生み出したい

もし弟も妹もあの焼き肉やさんにいたとしたら、
そんな話にはなってないでしょう。


もし、あの焼き肉屋さんで将来の話にならなければ、
僕は今日本にいて、このブログも書いてないです。


高校生で自分のやりたいことに気づいて、
ひたすら本を読み勉強できたのは、ラッキーでした。
お父さんからビジネスに関する話も聞けたのも大きいです。
(友達には恥ずかしくて、起業したいとかも言えなかったですが)


まあこうして、
日頃から深く物事を考えるようになり、
自分自身を高めようとしてました。


高めようとしてただけで、
行動に移したのは大学からですが。


こんな感じですかね。
ターニングポイントなんていいだせば、
すべてにいろいろご縁があるのできりがないのですが、
この焼き肉屋さんでのことが無いと、
それすらにも気づけなかったと思うので、
これを選びました。

at first,
today was terrible day lol
because my bas never come.
and i was late for my speaking test.
but fortunately, my group were waited for me.
i really really apologized.


but after that,
today turned into great day
because i was able to talk about my perspective with my friend.
and i watched great presentation.


there were three team.
but there were big difference.

1st team
there are serious.
i think it's like just business contest.

2st team
there was no how to earn money.
but there was story
and they speak fluency.
it makes their opinion persuasive.
