today is Oct 28th


from a few days ago,
i've  been reading a book that
i read before.


why?


the reason is that i got be able to understand what the book says
because the book refers some cultural differences of choosing,
and way of thinking.


i couldn't understand exactly when i read it once in japan,
but now, i can understand with a real image.


when i am reading it,
my friend ask me like what are you reading?
because of their curious.


so i answered and explain a little bit,
it's good output,
and then,
after i explained what the book is about, and my interest,
people recommend what to read for me.


so i decided to read books about kinda phycology of environment.
i ordered some books on amazon.


when it arrives my house,
my mom sends it to me.


i can't wait that!

i made a good decision

today i interned.
the publishing due date is getting close,
so we are in predicament.


there are many things to do,
and there are three designer include me.
literally i have many tasks to do,
but it's awesome!


they entrusted me many tasks
even though i don't have enough skills.


i made a good decision when i had interview,
i said "i'm a designer".


i just started to learn about it though, lol
i had huge responsibility because i said i could do.
as the result, i have been able to do that continually.
that's why i can say i made a good decision.


i deal with them like
in this quarter i come to the office once a week.
but i'll go there day after tomorrow too.
because i want to be help of them.


i'm glad to help other people by using design skills,
or writing skills, or marketing skills, or strategic thinking skills.

after school,
i talked with my negotiating team member
about how we get negotiation to go well.
i'm lucky because i'm in great negotiation group.


i can learn a lot from my one of team member.
he prepares a lot for negotiation,
and the process is fabulous.
and also his personality is really great.
i learned personality is the most  important thing in business.
japan is high context culture, that's why i think so?
i don't know, but personality is important for me.


our opponent of negotiation has really great spec for business,
but the person's personality is a little bit aggressive.
i think it's great. the person is really relyable.
but in business situation,
people in high context tend to care about personality.


i appreciate i was able to meet with each characteristic.

today,

we were talking about education, politics,
or something like that.


what i was surprised is
he said people who don't really know
about "vote" or "politics" shouldn't vote.

but in Japan,
it's problem that younger people's percentage of voting is getting low.
because younger people don't really know about it.
this is his ideal idea of voting.
but this is big problem in japan.

i think it's really interesting.


i'm learning english to know something like that!
today is nice day.

【しゃべくリアン１７】選択＝人生？

こんにちは
だいとです。


今週のテーマは、
【好きな本】です。


僕の好きな本は、

選択の科学

人が選択をするときの、
・人間の心理だったり
・幸福度だったり
・傾向だったり
を「科学する」という視点から、
分析して紹介している本です。



僕が何かのコンテンツを書くときに、
よく引用として登場します。



人生は選択の連続で、
選択が人生をつくっていく


ということは、
「選択」というトピックは、
人になじみ深いトピックなんです。
だから僕が何かを書くときは、
よくここから引用します。


なぜなじみ深いトピックがいいかというと、
人に影響を与えやすいからです。
順を追って説明しますね。


僕はインタビュアーである前に、
ライターです。


何かを書く。人に何かを伝えたい。
自分の文章を通じて少しでも人を動かしたい。


人を動かすためには、
人になじみの深い
（言葉を変えると「身近にある」）
トピックを使いこなせなければいけません。
その際に僕はこの「選択」というトピックを多様します。


もともと心理学みたいなことが好きなのもあり、
この心理学というのはスっと入ってきました。


僕は人を動かすのは「知識」でなく、
「例」だと考えています。


例ってなんだよ。想いだろ。
とかいわれそうですが、
似たようなことです。


飢餓で苦しむ人たちを助けたい！！！
と熱意溢れて力説されても、
僕は心は動きません。


その想い（＝理論）からくる、
具体的なビジョン、行動（＝例）
が見えてこそ応援したくなるんです。
英語で言えばtangibleなんです。


多くの本は理論だらけです。
例がかかれていたとしても、
自分の生活に当てはめれないような、
できごとばかりの例です。


しかしこの本は、
理論はもちろんの事多いですが、
それに伴う実験のデータも多いんです。
だから僕が何かを書く際に、
理論を引用した後、
自分の経験から「例」をつくれる。


こうして少しでも、
「伝わる」文章をつくるようにしています。
その際に非常にためになった書籍が、
この書籍なんです。


僕のような名も無いライターが、
説得力をもたせるためには、
本の中の理論から基づいた根拠と
経験に基づいた例を使わないといけません。


つまり何がいいたいかというと、
僕の趣味という観点からでも、
この本は興味深いし、
ライターという観点からでも、
この本は役に立ってきた。


ということで僕の好きな本です。

僕の素敵なバイト先の話

どうも
こんにちは
だいとです。


英語では今回はかきません。
英語で書くと読む人によって、
捉えるニュアンスが異なっちゃうから。
しっかり書き留めていたいことがあるので、
今日は日本語で書きます。


高校3年の7月から、
留学くる前の大学1年の2月まで
働かせて頂いてたまんざら亭を
本日付けでやめさせていただくことになりました。


体育会系のノリで、
社会という場を教えていただきました。
正社員のように接してくださり、
ときにうれしく、ときにいらっとし、
ときに行きたくね〜と思うような、
まさに働く社会人のような気持ちでした。


僕に礼儀、接客、社会の付き合い
を叩き込んでくれたのがこの場でした。


大学に入ってビジネスというものに出会い、
暖かい人に恵まれそれらを全て優先し、
バイトに入れていない日々が続きました。


何も貢献できていない僕が、
一度迷惑をかけている気がして、
やめさせてください。
という相談をしたときも、
「すこしでいいから来てくれたら嬉しい。
笑顔でがんばってくれる大登がいてくれたら
俺らもがんばれる。」といってくださった店長に、
ただただ申し訳なくなりました。


留学中もバイト先に、
ずっと籍を残してくださっていましたが、
今日覚悟を決め「やめる」という旨の
連絡をしました。


何度も迷惑をかけ、
なんのご恩も返せていない僕に、
大きい場所で頑張れ。
お前がそう言うのはわかってた。
余裕をもって頑張れ。
とむしろ励ましていただきました。


あんまり好かれていないと思っていた店長に、
まさかこんなことを言われるとは。


自分がいろんな人に支えてもらってることを
再認識しました。


「もう英語はええやろ。ある程度話せるし」
と調子にのっていた僕ですが、
もう少し高みを目指して、
英語も頑張ってみようと思います。


僕の優先順位は変動しまくりです。
英語が一番だったり、
デザインが一番だったり、
SEOが一番だったり、、、、


それでも一生懸命、
あの受験生活の日々みたいに
残りの生活、突っ走ってみたいと思います。

【しゃべくリアン１６】彼女とアイドルの好きのベクトル

こんにちは
だいとです。


今週のテーマは、
【好きな場所】です。


正直僕には好きな場所といっても、
ぱっと思いつくところがありません。


好きな場所があるんですが、
そこに１人ででも行きたいか？
と言われれば間違いなくNoと答えます。



絶景といわれるグランドキャニオンや、
神秘的なアンテロープキャニオンに行ったけど、
僕の中では好きな場所とは言えません。


僕の中では好きな場所というのは、
「心が休まる場所」という観念があります。


では、いつ自分が心休まるか？
と自問したときに出てくるのが、
家や学校であったり、カフェであったり。


なぜそれらの場所が心休まるのかと思ったときに、
「僕の好きな人たちと一緒に過ごせる場所」
という答えが一番に浮かんできました。


家だと家族がいるし。
カフェは基本友達といくし。
学校は友達でいっぱいやし。


つまり僕は、
「誰かと一緒に時間を共有出来る場所」
が好きなんですよね。


うん。書いてて気づいた。笑


もちろん図書館とか、
１人で過ごしやすい場所も好きだけど、
その好きと今回のテーマの好きは、
少し違う感じなんですよね。笑


なんていうかな、人で例えると
彼女が前者に述べてた好きな場所で、
アイドルが図書館みたいな場所。笑


なんとなく好きのベクトルが違うんですよね。
というわけで、僕がここで言いたい好きな場所は、
「好きな人たちと時間を共有できる場」
ということになります。

Karaoke

Hi,
I'm Daito
and today is Oct. 2nd


today is was my first day of class.
so far so good.


my classmates' english is very advance.
i have to study harder.


and my teacher is interesting
because he has extensive knowledge about business.
he is a teacher of MBA.


i like his him teaching policy.


i went Karaoke after class.
it was really great to spend time with her
but she is good at singing,
so i have to improve my singing skills to impress her ....


anyway,
it was a great time!

i ate a cup noodle when i got back home
because i was so hungry at that time
because we had dinner early evening.

class is nice,
and after school is nice,
and internship is nice,
so i'll keep at it.

Start third quarter!

Hi,

I'm Daito

and today is Oct. 1st

as of today,

our quarter starts.

i knew know where are my class classes today.

but i was hoping that they would assign me to the early morning class
but i couldn't get in the class. omg

but this is my destiny  fate

so i should accept that♪

after that,

i went windowshopping with my friends.

and then,

we went to italian restaurant.

my class is gonna be so strict difficult by inferring from classmates 
because  there are many smart people,

which means i have to study english more. hard

i'll do my best!!
